The Lead Magnet Roadmap is a short, finished ebook for people who have a digital product and no email list. It teaches one move: instead of building a freebie from scratch, cut a small, complete piece out of the product you already sell, and use it to bring in subscribers. It's sold with resell rights, so coaches, course creators and agencies can put their own name on it and hand it to the creators they work with.
Who is it for?
Two people, and it helps to keep them apart:
- The reader — someone who has made a course, a template, a guide or another digital product, and has nobody to send it to.
- The buyer — the coach, agency or course creator who serves that reader and wants a resource to give them under their own brand.
What does the book teach?
The subtitle is the method: Find Your Slice, Extract It, Ship It. Across four chapters it follows one path:
| Stage | What the reader does |
|---|---|
| Cut | Choose the small, complete piece of their product that solves one problem fully — while leaving the bigger problem visibly unsolved |
| Shape | Strip out everything that depends on the rest of the product, so the slice stands on its own |
| Deliver | Package it and set up the delivery so it reaches a new subscriber |
| Follow up | Write the message that connects the free slice to the paid product |
The idea that holds it together is the gap: the distance between what the free slice hands someone and what the paid product does. The book defines it once and uses it the same way in every chapter.
It deliberately stops there. Its final paragraph says finding the people to send to the slice "is the next job — and it's a different one."

How was it researched?
Straight from the book's scorecard, one fact per line:
- Live web searches run while researching it: 271
- Distinct sources consulted: 132
- Research stages that searched and retrieved sources: 9 of 13
- Chapters the author approved: 4 of 4
That third line is the honest one. Four of the thirteen research stages came back with nothing usable — including the research behind drafting the chapters themselves. When that happens, the system marks the chapter as not verified against sources and holds the draft to a stricter rule rather than letting it borrow authority it doesn't have.
The result is visible in the text: the book contains no percentages, no named studies and no statistics attributed to anyone. It teaches a process, and the process doesn't need a number it can't source. If you want to add figures for your own audience, add ones you've checked.
What it isn't
- Not a template or an outline. It's a finished, illustrated book.
- Not hand-written line by line. It was made with AI assistance in a ten-stage workflow, with author approval gates, and we say so on the product page.
- Not for Amazon KDP, under any title or cover. Why.
