Refund policy — digital licences
Every product here is a digital download delivered immediately after purchase. Because you receive the complete files at once and a licence cannot be taken back, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds for change of mind, for buying the wrong license tier, or for deciding not to use the product.
One exception. If the package you receive does not match what the listing described — a missing file, a broken download, or contents that differ from the stated word count, chapter count, diagram count or file list — contact us and we will fix it or refund it. Every one of those figures is published on the product page and is checkable against the download, which is deliberate.
This policy does not affect any statutory rights you have where you live.
